MyCosts is a software tool that lets you create accurately calculated bills of costs. The software allows you to record work with no more effort than would be required with pencil and paper. The documents are produced without the need to dictate, calculate figures or check a typist’s work

MyCosts was developed by legal practitioners who were seeking a more accurate, efficient and reliable method of preparing bills of costs in Zambia. The program has been written and extensively tested by experienced and currently practising legal practitioners.

Features include:

• The total costs for your Bill of Costs are automatically calculated for you based on the time you have entered, the number of year of the lawyer.
• Entries for the Bill of Costs are automatically chronologically arranged for you.
• Live preview allows you to check for your total amount, VAT and other items prior to printing.
• Auto-backup system for all copies of the Bill of Costs you have created to allow you continue preparing your Bill from where you left off.
• Choose the format of your Bill of Costs.
